Revol deepen the colors’ expertise collaborating with Ressource, a pioneering French brand of high-end decorative paints, to create six new exclusive, rich, shaded and complementary colours inspired by Nature.

We have been secretly cultivating for several years the desire to collaborate with color experts to enrich our famous crumpled cup with new shades and develop our color expertise. We are proud to present to you the result of this human and fascinating meeting with Ressource, a pioneering brand in the manufacture of high-end decorative paints, family-run and committed just like Revol. Discover 6 new sensitive, nuanced and complementary shades, inspired by nature.

The Crumpled cup is a striking and singular cup by its shape. The imprint of the hand makes it a living and sculptural object. Working the color on a volume with a pronounced and complex relief has been part of the coloristic reflection from the beginning. We had to find colors that blend with the shape to reveal it. This is how Annabelle Vermont, artistic director of Ressource, worked on a palette that echoes the simplicity of nature and its obvious purity.

Created exclusively for Revol, the range has been designed like a walk in our nature in the south of France. The colors are inspired by a raw, simple nature where the materials are plural: water, sky, earth, flora, rock… Worked in halftones, these colors have the elusive side of the hues that are between 2, oscillating between 2 shades. They interact with light. The shadows play with creases and hollows and create shades and relief in the color.
